TIME-LAPSE VARIABILITY OF HUMAN EMBRYOS IS ASSOCIATED WITH IVF OUTCOME

Many morphokinetic parameters obtained from human embryos cultured in time-lapse imaging systems have been evaluated as biomarkers for optimal selection of with high implantation potential. However, it is not clear whether the variability among same cycle differ between cases successful and unsuccessful implantation. The purpose this study was to quantify compare women 1712 blastocysts generated ICSI January 2017 November 2020, derived 437 patients were included retrospective study. CV value patient compared without using Student t-test. P<0.05 considered statistically significant. There no significant differences age, 3 Day FSH, BMI morphological quality groups (p>0.05, t-test). there difference values 8 variables – tPNa (4% vs. 8%, respectively, P=0.001), t3 (6% 9%, P=0.021), t4 (5% P=0.004), t6 P=0.012), t7 P=0.005), tM 7%, P=0.010), tSB (1% 2%, P=0.033), tB (0.7% 1%, P=0.024).
